So far I've had suggestions ranging from Crimea, to Lepanto, the Seven Years War and the Thirty Years War. But what are some periods you'd like to see me model and in what scale?
Ships of the Russo-Swedish War 1788-1790. We already have some ships, but this would include several ships by Fredrik Henrik af Chapman like the Hemmema, Udema, Turuma (including a separate for Amphion), not to mention the Wasa-class.
Would be very glad to see next two Kickstarters for Lace Wars (both 15 and 6mm if possible)
First one for War of Austrian Succession ans 7 Years War (uniform practically same).
both infantry, cavalry and artillery as European armies had very similar dress (British/Hannover, French, Prussian or Austrian styles in Germany and Russians)With add-ons for Colonial wars (French and Indian war and wars in India) with local troops and colonial variation for European units and stretch goals similar to Europe Asunder.
If you manage to cover whole 1739-1763 conflicts that would be same success as Napoleonic one (and could be done after you finish Napoleonic cavalry)
Second Kickstarter I would like to see is joint War of League of Augsburg and War of Spanish Succession. Also infantry, cavalry and artillery together, cause uniforms of European armies are even more similar then during SYW, though there are still differences between 1690s and 1700s styles, especially in infantry (no pikes and bandoleers and more formal tricornes)
With add-ons for Jacobites and Great Northern War (Swedes, Poles, Russians and probably Turks)
I'd like to see a Nile Gunboat like Melik (which actually still exists!) in 6mm tied to a 6mm Colonial range. The British soldier and Zulu won last month's figure poll so that's a good indication that there's interest and Henry keeps saying he'd like to try a 6mm ship....
hi henry the jacobite rebellion of 1745 in 15 mm as i can do them in 28mm then would love the blender option for this war and would tie in with your suggested 7 years war range
Another idea: The Great Northern War (1700-1721) between Denmark-Norway, Russia vs Sweden, later including many other states, 1/700 naval vessels
E.g. Peter Tordenskjold's attack on a Swedish supply fleet in the Battle of Dynekilen. There are plans of several of the Danish ships in the Rigsarkivet, e.g. Hvide Ørn (an early form of true frigate).
There were also some larger sea battles between ship of the line, e.g. Battle of Køge Bay (1710), Battle of Hogland (1713), Battle of Fehmarn (1715), Battle of Rügen (1715), Battle of Ösel Island...
There were also some galley battles, e.g. the Battle of Gangut and Grengam.
Hope to do the Continentals early next year! As for Jenkin's Ear, you know it's a shared interest and I do hope to do at least a few mini Kickstarters oriented around it :) I can't be sure on a date, though.
Great! Battle of Navarino would be a very different period regarding how the ship were painted. In case the latter two proposals, it would be even more different and also include steamers.
You'll like Gilded Sails 2, then (if I ever release the dang thing)!
It's a 1/600 set of Bourbon ships, circa 1690-1710ish. I've sculpted six basic hulls so far but haven't found the time to put further work in - hoping to do it after releasing the Cold War Soviets (which are the current side project to Europe Asunder).

This year is the 450th anniversary of the Battle of Lepanto. There is a 1/700 kit of a Venetian galease (https://www.ebay.de/itm/114460773699?hash=item1aa664cd43:g:9FwAAOSwNghfhW4j), but it would be nice to have also some galleys, e.g. a Venetian:
Agree
The European wars of the later 1800's. Franco-Prussian War, Seven Weeks War and Italian Wars of Independence?
